Technical Account Manager - Linux

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 8-10 Years

Education: Graduation        

Key Skills Needed:         

  • Minimum 8 years experience on Linux in enterprise environment with atleast 2 years in a team lead or architect role
  • Good knowledge of configuration and administration of Apache,memcache, DNS,IP tables,Send Mail/Post fix
  • Good knowledge in Configuration and administration of LAMP ,Mysql & Bash scripting
  • Good knowledge of virtualization technology (VMware , Microsoft Hyper-V)
  • Good knowledge of Load balancer, application firewall
  • Good experience in analyzing business requirement and providing a technical solution
  • Good experience in project management
  • Good experience of matrix environment and ability to get the work done from different teams.
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • High degree of initiative, dependability and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate and deal with both internal and external customers
  • Experience on ISO 27001/HIPAA compliance process
  • Experience on business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Good knowledge of Web application security
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices

  • Responsible for analyzing technical requirements of business unit and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Project management of new implementation and ensure timely delivery with no or minimum disruption for business.
  • Monitor support requests of business to identify any recurring issues and do problem management.
  • Hold regular review meetings with business team to discuss any issues or problems and provide IT performance report
  • Analyze business support requirements and identify areas where IT can offer improved service
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade or modify applications & tools so that they meet business needs more effectively
  • Provide L3 support to all linux issues
  • Work closely with Business unit development team to understand and close IT requirements
