Team Lead-Market Research

Product Research, Planning, Design (format)- You will act as an internal SME
Research, develop and deliver a programme of educational and commercially viable conferences (webinars) across sectors (e.g. Transportation, SCM, Logistics, Retail, CPG, HR & Payroll, Technology, Banking, Trade etc.) with particular focus on the online conference/ courses.
Research and build extensive knowledge of at least 2-3 domains (refer above) and key policies in US.
Work internally with colleagues and externally with industry professionals to identify key topics for events, covering the latest industry specific issues.
Review conference programmes and agendas, with compelling content, based on your market knowledge and industry research.
Work with the marketing team to market and promote your events through e-mail marketing mix approaches as well as through social media and digital platform routes.
Work with the marketing team to write compelling flyers and web marketing copy, to assist in the promotion of your conferences to the core and cross market
Brief event sales teams/business development professionals on conference opportunities, explaining key features, benefits and learning outputs.
Seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction (via calls/ emails), by getting post-event feedback from delegates and sponsors and acting upon it.
Contribute to the overall promotion of the conference, working closely with marketing, sales colleagues.
Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models etc.
Provide insights for sales and methods of operation (Desired but not mandate).
Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure the revenue
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Liaising with managers to organize marketing, promotion, publicity, sales and related campaigns.
Liaising with speakers throughout the conference production cycle i.e. (Moderate the webinars with our conferencing partner and act as a facilitator between speaker and conferencing team.
Assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management, as well as onsite and post-event logistics, if required.
