Quality Analyst- US Collections

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 6-12 months

Job description
1. Participates in designs of call monitoring, quality standards
2. Performing call monitoring and provide regular feedbacks individually and the Team.
3. Participates in clients and agents listening programs to identify project's need & expectation
4. Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions
5. Provide feedback with the Team Leaders & Managers
6. Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management and clients
7. Preparing different training modules

Key Skills Needed(CTQ’s) { Must Have }
1. Thorough knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, GLBA and other compliance Act critical for collection agencies
2. Well versed in call monitoring parameters in accordance with call model and call pyramid
3. Has a way of working in a systematic, methodological and orderly way to create consistency
4. Has the ability to listen and understand information and communicating effectively in verbal and written format

Desired Skills (CTP’s) { Good to have }
1. Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
2. Should be comfortable in 24*7 shifts.
3. Should have minimum 6 months of experience as an Quality Analyst in US third party debt collections
4. Should be conversant with the US regulatory environment for debt collection business.
5. Working knowledge of excel, word and power point.
