Executive - Call Center Support

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 2+ years

Shift Time: 9 am - 6 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Managing large amounts of INTERNATIONAL inbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
  3. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
  5. Excellent spoken English, good written English, persuasive communication.
  6. Prior experience in handling Incoming calls and customer service, for APAC region customers.
  7. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  8. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Job Requirement:

  • Looking for only international voice experience candidate (Domestic experience candidate can’t be applicable)  
  • Excellent spoken English, good written English, persuasive communication.
  • Total Experience should be 2-3 years
  • Location: Faridabad
  • Shifts: 9 am - 6 pm (Day shift)
  • Relevant Experience: 2 years
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
