Job Title: Email Marketing Campaign Manager
Shift Timings: 11:00am-8:00pm IST
Qualification: BCA, B-tech, MBA, MCA and Any Graduate
Knowledge of handling abuse and Spam complaints for existing/new IP’s and Domain’s. Working with vendors & team to ensure smooth delivery of email campaigns & quick responses in case of delivery issues that can affect productivity.
Have good knowledge to maintain the DNS panel and authenticating the SPF, DKIM, MX, A record and CNAME and PTR (reverse DNS).
Have good knowledge to whitelist Campaign sending domain & IP address and removal of any blacklisting and mention the MTA reputation for good Inbox delivery.
Should have good knowledge to fill up FBL (Feedback lookup) on major ISP for maximize Inbox delivery.
Have good knowledge to Monitor IPs and Domains reputation and white listing.
Creating relationships with ISP by setting FBL’s and applying for white listing.
Should have knowledge/understanding of DNS, MTA-Port-25, Mailing infrastructure setup for bulk mailing.
Good knowledge in resolution of HTML mailer and testing the mailer for inbox placement.
Good knowledge of A/B testing campaign.
Should have knowledge on Return path tool, Working on E-Mail Bounce and email testing for inbox placement
Good knowledge of implementing e-Mail marketing strategy for online business.
Develop the next level of management and identify areas for talent development/ initiatives across levels in the team and also develop long lasting business relationships with service providers and other stakeholders.
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns and server.
Good knowledge of Vendor management and purchasing.
Responsible for the topline & bottomline growth of the business, creating Campaigns sent dashboards with mapping ROI for Senior Management / Business Head.
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: product marketing team, digital marketing teams, customer relationship management team, customer services, business development, PR and programme leaders
Good knowledge of campaigns sent metrics like open are, click rate, and unsubscribe.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance team.
Lead Team to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
