EMR/EHR Sales Specialist

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 2 - 7 years

Shift Time: 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. (Cab Facility Available)

No of Positions: 3

Shift Timings: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am (Cab facility available)

Key Skills Needed:

  1. Outstanding track record in product management, business development, and international sales in IT/Software and other allied sectors
  2. Prospecting Skills, Closing Skills, Sales planning, Pitching ERP software services to CXO level executives and comfortable talking on phone
  3. Good understanding of marketing fundamentals, prior sector in US or any other international markets a must
  4. Should be capable to quickly shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks end to end simultaneously based on business needs

Desired Skills:

  1. Excellent American spoken and written English with persuasive communication
  2. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements with the stakeholders and pitching them with our upcoming webinars and conferences
  3. Excellent in MS Office
  4. Customer service and relationship management skills
  5. Revenue and sales focused

Job Description:

  1. Understanding and garnering insights on the training requirements of the prospective client.
  2. Understanding the services, value propositions, and positioning; understanding competitive landscape.
  3. Speaking with clients, negotiating and closing deals with prospects suggesting and recommending them the appropriate healthcare ERP services.
  4. Cross-selling, up-selling and customer retention.
  5. Developing long lasting business relationships with existing clients.
  6. Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential client through our existing database or by creating his/her own database. Exploring new channels in international Sales.
  7. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working in collaboration with marketing, development and technical teams, or independently.
  8. Coordination with cross-functional teams if required.
