Customer Service Analyst
Experience: 3+ Years
Shift Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
No of Positions: 1
Minimum 3 Years of experience in customer support / Sales Executive and 2-3 Years relevant experience is must.
Should have good command on Communication Skills.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
To gain a good understanding of the US healthcare process, especially Ophthalmology, so as to assist the patients in a good manner.
Work towards achieving the assigned targets by the Manager.
To achieve and maintain a good quality score (assigned by the Manager).
To take part in the trainings so that the knowledge gained through them can be used for the betterment of the process.
To follow the Process and help enhance the process as and when needed.
Shift timings are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, IST (US work timings).
Key Skills Needed: Good Communication Skills.
Inclination to learning new skills.
Should be adaptable to need of the hour.
