The Creative Lead will be responsible for all product, branding and marketing collateral - including any and all marketing initiatives, websites, sales materials, banners, landing pages, company branding, copy writing and print materials. The candidate will need a strong understanding of both the online and print creative landscape and how to design around direct marketing principles.
-Give creative direction to the design team and define future brand design direction
-Create brand style guidelines and ensure the agreed upon brand standards are maintained throughout the digital, print and other presence of the brand
-Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure their ideas are adequately translated to design concepts
-Own the user experience while balancing creativity with effectiveness
-Ensure process adherence for saving ongoing and archived projects for easy accessibility
-Help to drive innovation, creativity and training within the team
-Get the team to work collaboratively with the PMMs in US and product team to develop innovative concepts and identify potential problems, and formulate recommendations
Key Skills Needed:
-Excellent verbal and written English
-Expert level understanding of user experience optimization
-Experience in both directing and executing graphic design projects across multiple mediums: collateral, email, websites, video, and presentations.
-Experience with Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator and other design suits -Prior experience in the internet / e-Commerce domain
-Experience and passion for working in a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Role & Responsibilities:
-Act as brand steward to ensure all visual communication efforts support; direct creative projects to maintain brand consistency.
-Maintain, enforce and enhance company brand guidelines as required. -Recommend and define creative direction across all platforms; articulate an integrated vision that drives effective execution.
-Develop and implement a process to ensure efficient and effective archiving and management of all creative assets; maintain source files, image and graphic libraries
-Drive creative execution across all marketing vehicles, including but not limited to product brochures and launch materials, advertisements, catalogs, fliers, power point presentations, direct mail, web promotions, email newsletters and website design (UI/UX).
-Evaluate and select external vendors; manage vendor creative efforts; manage workflows; oversee and facilitate design and production.
